With the generous, anticipated, support of the SPOC community, the Old Scholars association is delighted to present the future for our old scholars community.
The project will deliver a new ‘SPOC Club’ & an upgraded Caterer Oval, including lighting on both the Caterer and Wilson ovals.
The new Northern Pavilion, to be built in the northwestern pocket, will include an upstairs, a downstairs, a covered grandstand, and feature:
- Kitchen & bar, able to serve 120 covers + outdoor BBQ, match day bar/canteen
- 2 meeting rooms, social club area 120 guests + lift and stair and ramp access
- 4 changerooms, complete with trainers, doctors and first aid rooms
- 2 x Umpires rooms and a 77sqm strength and conditioning room
- 200 undercover seats, and additional terrace seating on a new ‘Hill’
- New lighting on Caterer & Wilson Ovals
- New and upgraded drainage for Caterer
