The Saint Peter's Old Collegians Football Club (SPOC FC) entered the South Australian Amateur Football League in 1928 and ranks fourth in total seasons played.

It is one of the most successful old scholars' club having won two A1 premierships in 1935 and 2012, the A2 premiership in 2018, the A1R premiership in 2022 and our mighty D Grade won 4 premierships in a row between 2019 and 2022. We frequently have players selected for State and All-Australian teams. SPOC Football club will field three teams in 2024 and provides a competitive but enjoyable football environment for all players, notwithstanding their varying level of skill and ability. In addition, we strive to give to our players and supporters alike all the opportunities a strong and successful community football club can offer.

We encourage, and have developed, a broad culture bringing together young people from all walks of life so that we benefit from the hybrid strength diversity brings.

In addition to success on the field, we strive to provide an environment in which our players have opportunities to flourish. We support them with the best coaching, supported by the best medical, physio, training and strength & conditioning programmes. In addition to success on the field, we strive to provide an environment in which all sorts of opportunities flourish for our players, supporters and sponsors alike. We offer players mentoring, counselling and mental health support programmes. We leverage our extensive business and career networks to offer players career development, job seeking & support and career networking. We also offer a fun social life, courtesy of our long-standing partnership with the fantastic team at The Maid Hotel, where our whole community is most welcome and encouraged to patronise.

We are proud of our history and very confident of our ability to provide to any newcomer to our club a very warm welcome and participation, at all levels, in an enjoyable and successful experience both on and off the field.
