Please find below the following information for our upcoming Annual General Meeting;

1. Minutes of Meeting from the last Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2018,
2. Agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 17 December 2019 at 5.30pm at The Maid Hotel, and
3. Nomination Form for Committee Members of the Committee for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

All members are encouraged to attend the AGM to be part of the business of the Club. Observers and friends of the Club are also encouraged to attend, although they can’t vote.

Please note that we will have our traditional Christmas drinks following the meeting. The Club will be supplying food and drinks following the AGM.
